FAQ
Clear answers before the first conversation.
Timelines, maintenance, revisions and process. If you still have a question, the next step is the form.
Depends on the type of project and on approval times.
Each proposal is set according to pages, goals and context.
Ask first and decide later, with no sales pressure.
How long does it take to build a site?
It depends on the scope. A landing page can be ready in 5 to 7 working days. A custom business website usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the number of pages, the content available and the pace of approvals.
What is included in a project?
Design, development, the agreed pages, the mobile version, a contact form and basic search engine optimisation. The detail varies with the type of project.
Is maintenance mandatory after launch?
No. The site can be delivered with no monthly fee. There is still a maintenance option for updates, backups, small tweaks and technical support when it makes sense.
Can I ask for changes during and after the project?
Yes. The project includes the revision rounds agreed in the proposal. After delivery, you can ask for one-off changes or keep ongoing support, as needed.
Do you work with clients outside Portugal?
Yes. The work can be done remotely, staying in sync through the form, WhatsApp and video calls when needed.
Are the domain and hosting included?
Usually not. The domain and hosting are chosen to suit the project, but setting them up and guidance can be part of the process.
Will the site look like a template?
That is not the goal. Even when the structure is simpler, the work is tailored to the business, its message and the presence the site needs to convey.
If your question is specific to your business, the quickest way is to explain the context and get some initial guidance.
